How does Optelec Support work and what can we do for you?
Method
Malfunction, question or problem, call Optelec: 1-800 665 3005.
Support is available by telephone on working days: from 08:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
If you are given a menu, first listen carefully to the options. When you call, we will try to help you immediately. If this does not work, a report will be made and we will investigate further. We will contact you later if the solution is available, or we will inform you about the progress.

In the email can you state:
- your name and address details (post code, city, street and house number)
- the product (type)
- description of the problem

Repair time
If we can repair the products ourselves, we have a repair time of a maximum of 5 working days. In some cases a product will be returned to the supplier for repair and the repair time will be longer than 10 working days. We will inform you by email if the repair takes longer than 5 working days.
Guarantee
We use the warranty period that has been contractually agreed with the client (such as the health insurer).
For private purchases, the warranty period is 2 years after the date of purchase (except for batteries, chargers and software).
