SOFTWARE FOR HOME – CANADA

Our Home Annual Software Licenses of JAWS, ZoomText, and Fusion can be installed on up to three computers for personal, non-commercial use. These home licenses are available for JAWS, ZoomText, and Fusion at a lower cost than traditional licenses in the United States and Canada, and include all upgrades and updates released during the license term. These licenses are automatically renewed each year, and you will be informed ahead of time via email before the transaction occurs.

Annual licenses can be easily managed through the Freedom Scientific Software Portal using an email address, like other commonly used subscription-based software products. This lower-cost licensing type is only offered in a 1-year term through our Web store for designated products below.

Speech

• Reads information as needed in places the mouse passes by
• Adjustable speech, choice of voices, speed and pitch. Speech functions can be used with or without magnification;
• Speaks all on-screen text, including menus, dialog boxes and controls

• Reads characters, words or text by line by moving the cursor

• AppReader: The AppReader can be used to read out a text in the original window, for example an Internet page. Choose where you want the reading to start. A clearly visible frame marks the text being read aloud for easy reading along
